Program Summary
In this seminar we present findings from research that was funded by the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agriculture and Food Research Initiative (USDA-AFRI), National Institute of Food and Agriculture (NIFA) titled, “Strengthening U.S. Beef Export Markets: Analysis of Consumer Willingness to Pay and Import Demand.” The goal of this research was to investigate the competitiveness of U.S. beef exports in existing and emerging global markets and to provide marketing recommendations based on foreign consumer preferences and demand.
